The Challenge

The startup had limited resources, a tight deadline, and needed to demonstrate product-market fit to secure funding. They required a robust platform with user authentication, real-time analytics, payment processing, and API integrations.

Our Solution

We adopted an agile development approach with 2-week sprints:

Architecture & Planning: Designed a scalable cloud-native architecture using microservices, serverless functions, and containerization for easy scaling.

Core Platform Development: Built the frontend with React and TypeScript, backend APIs with Node.js and Express, and database with PostgreSQL and Redis for caching.

Feature Implementation: Integrated Stripe for payments, Auth0 for authentication, real-time analytics dashboard, and third-party API integrations.

DevOps & Deployment: Set up CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployed to AWS with auto-scaling and monitoring.
